Delete Account & Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your Halluna account and the personal data associated with it. Halluna is operated by Future Sense Tech (Hong Kong) Limited.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

Open the Halluna app and sign in.
Go to Settings → Account.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm your choice. Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us from the address associated with your account and we will process your deletion request.

Send your request to

support@halluna.ai

Subject line: "Delete my account"
Please include the email address registered to your Halluna account so we can verify your identity.

We will verify your request and complete deletion within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Your account profile and sign-in identifiers;
Your conversation history and chat content;
Your preferences and personalization data;
Usage data linked to your account identity.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of information where necessary to:

Comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations (e.g., transaction records);
Prevent fraud and abuse, and ensure platform safety;
Resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.

Any retained information is kept only for as long as required and is then deleted or de-identified. Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer be linked to you may be retained.
